Took my 16yr old here for his first mani. I specified that it was his first time thinking they would be more likely to explain things. He had wanted gel color. I told them when I made the appointment via phone that he wanted it. They used regular polish, and had him leave with it still wet. Pinki was ruined in the car, 3 other nails r smudged and ruined now and the paint is still wet. He tells me he is never having another mani again. What a great first experience.... not. Edit my review. We have since gone back several times. We have never again had a mix up on polish types. The students do a great job.
