bad attitude！！！！！ I asked her if her attitude could be better, and she replied that I can't do it, I'm too busy soooooooo angry！！！！！ I don't understand why it's unreasonable to ask you to repeat for me the materials needed for the update, I don't want to bother my friend over and over again

Call them with the number they post online, but they never picked up. Then I email them, they finally give me a number to call back. So I call them again, the lady who answered the phone was having a horrible attitude. I never find any one who answer the phone with this kind attitude. So I try not to talk to her any more, but the lady just kept trying to question me. I only went there for few class, but now I don't want to go there anymore more, so I ask if possible for refund. Even partial is OK, but she say it have been over a found since the class start. No refund will be giving. However, How do I know the covid 19 will start. And why should I pay for the class that I am not going to go any more. Any way you not going to give a refund, there are no need for me to provide you any more info.
