I love this place and wish I would have found them a long time ago! The teachers work with the students for clients that come in for services, so you get great work at an affordable price. Ever since I found them, they have been coloring my hair for half the price I pay at a regular salon, but better work. If I could give them 10 stars I would.❤️

Went for a color touch-up on my roots and once I was finished with my wash, there was still black dye all over my head, face, and neck. The teacher came over to help with the removal and I realized that she was trying to remove the dye with hand sanitizer on my face and hairline. I asked her to stop and she did. This is a cosmetology school so I couldn't even believe what was happening. I was visibly upset but I remained calm and they started to act like they didn't know what to do at that point. I had to leave the shop with dye everywhere, they didn't even try to comb or brush my hair after. I had to go home and rewash my hair, the dye was still in my hair and it took some time for the dye on my skin to wear off. I realize while this is still a school, this was extremely unprofessional, especially since the teacher was involved.

The worst hair beauty school this place have become!!! i know this place for over a decade since it was rosa's beauty school. I went in today for hair to be done by a student, but i realized the students are not being supervised so i asked for the female who say is in charge of overlooking student activities and her name as she told me is Anna, the most rude female ever she told me the person doing my hair doesn't need supervision when i asked her the issue i was facing, neither did she solve the issue nor acknowledge her mistake of not supervising but instead went on speaking in spanish sounded like she said we wont give service anymore. so i told them i'll post a comment online of what i faced in the salon, then all of a sudden one of the student almost screamed at me that i should not comment for it is not a professional salon, i told her i know that for over a decade, but according to the rules students are to be supervised........then another nice lady jumped in to rectify their error's. People avoid this beauty school and be safe with professional hair salon's, the school need to look into this person by the name Anna, she is adamant rude, and Mrs Hernandez dressed in red is the lady that took over and showed the student how she should handle hair and she almost redid my hair. DO NOT GO IN THERE until the school decides to review its stuff members or what ever issue you face follow the rules and regulations to check with authority.
