I am a new student and am super excited and was treated wonderfully until I had to speak with the Advisory Dept in person. I was set up for a virtual meet the staff were just on their cell phones and interrupting while I was trying to get the information I needed. Then the day of my zoom meeting I was having technical issues so I called the number given which was again there and the young girl who answered the phone was extremely rude I tried explaining the issue and she very rudely told me “I just have to wait” I expressed being worried and didn’t want to miss my appointment she repeated the same thing and hung up on me. Very inexperienced customer service skills! Hopefully I don’t have to have anymore encounters with these people.

Beautiful campus but the buildings are not named after donors, to which some may say that it is unique. They have an Olympic size pool and diving platforms.

Winter wonderland at Palo Alto college is a great place for the little ones to see some pretty lights . The grandkids loved it and didn't want to leave.
