The days of a hair designer can be extremely different, depending on the season, the day of the week, and the shift. For example, if it is wedding season, you may spend much of your time with bridal parties and brides. If you work during the day, you may have an entirely different client base than a hairstylist who works mostly nights. No matter what, flexibility is essential. You should be able to work nights, and weekends, and even holidays as needed.
